Shipping policy
Orders placed between 12/29-01/05 will start to be fulfilled and shipped on 01/06.
Cancel an order: Orders can be cancelled at any time before they have been shipped out. If a cancellation is requested as the item is already to be delivered, then the customer will need to request a refund and a return shipping label. Refund will then be processed upon return of the item.
Refunds and returns: Refunds must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the package. It is expected that vinyl may have bends or creases on the corners due to shipping, and are sold as is. Vinyl will not be accepted for returns based on "signature quality" or minor blemishes such as bends or creases on the corners.
Any issues with an order must be brought to the shop's attention within 7 days of delivery.
