Refund policy

Order cancellations can be submitted and honored if requested before the order has shipped. Order refunds and returns for damaged goods can be processed with photo evidence up to 14 days after the order has been delivered per tracking.

Orders will not be refunded for damage that occurs in transit such as outer plastic sleeve tears, cover bends, creases, etc  

International orders, outside of the United States, cannot be returned, exchanged and/or refunded at this time due to tariffs and postal fees. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Autographed items cannot be returned or refunded due to quality of artist signature. How the artist signs, what marker they use, and if it gets smudged in the process is out of our control. All autographed items will have the plastic opened for the artist to sign the physical cover, which may result is wear on the sides.
